Unbelief and the Spirit of Grace

Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
Hebrews 10:28-29 (NKJV)

The price and penalty paid on our behalf is so enormous that the gravity of taking these for granted cannot be and should never be taken lightly. This is such a big deal that we must as children of Faith continue to excercise and operate in this consciousness and never bring this eternal gift to disrepute. Mere exercising of unbelief insults the spirit of grace, the singular act also trivializes the priceless, invaluable, eternal, life-changing, salvation and glorius gift to all that will receive and believe Him.

Let us therefore hold firmly on our promises with reverence and our steady faith without which it will be impossible to please our Creator.

Be encouraged,

Afolabi
