Learning more about the Lord

Friends,

Whenever God has done a work, it is truly complete. Our perspective of it is necessarily limited, and therefore incomplete. So we might not understand it, or perhaps fail to see the its perfection and goodness. It is at those times that our faith in the Lord must be strong and unwavering. It is then that we must believe what Solomon wrote thousands of years ago:

Ecclesiastes 3:14 [NKJV]
I know that whatever God does,
It shall be forever.
Nothing can be added to it,
And nothing taken from it.
God does it, that men should fear before Him.

God's purpose in fulfilling His will is clear. It is so that you and I should fear Him. That fear is the beginning of a more complete understanding of the Lord's character. And the more we get to know our Father, the more like Him we will become. And the more joyous it will be as we praise Him for all eternity.

Be encouraged,
Jose
