Man’s natural tendency is to take credit for all of his accomplishments. Those achievements may be great or small, but men are adamant in their intent to be the reason and the force behind them. But how does this glorify the Lord?
1 Corinthians 9:16 [NKJV]
For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!
Brothers and sisters, it is the Lord - and Him alone - who completes every good work. He choose to use us as His instruments, but He can just as easily choose another. It is His strength, and His wisdom, that underpins all things. And when we finally realize this, we will finally give Almighty God the glory He is due.
