Look up

I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
Psalm 121:1-4 (NKJV)

When the disciples took the trip to the other side with Jesus Christ (Mark 4:35-39), the wind was boisterous, the firmament was raging and wild, reality clouds any other judgment that may be within, but the stillness and calmness of the one inside takes charge. We can control the outside from the inside, if the one inside is the Creator of the inside and the outside and all that dwell both in and out. King David, a man after God's heart knew quite well the futility and senselessness of seeking help somewhere else or in just worrying about tomorrow and failing to capture and enjoy the blessings of the moment. He chose to look up to His Maker who is more than enough in all situations.

The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.
Psalm 121:5-8 (NKJV)

Let these words bring comfort to your souls. It is God's word, and in your individual situation, He will not deny it.

Be encouraged,

Afolabi
