Find peace

Friends,

We always seem to be in some season of ritualistic observances. Beware of the trap they represent.

Isaiah 50:11
Look, all you who kindle a fire,
Who encircle yourselves with sparks:
Walk in the light of your fire and in the sparks you have kindled—
This you shall have from My hand:
You shall lie down in torment. [NKJV]

The LORD keeps His promises. This we know. And He promises to chastise His people when they give up the pursuit of intimacy with Him in exchange for the satisfaction of some ritualized form of godliness.

Brothers and sisters, let us be free of calendar-driven spirituality and tradition-bound practices. Let us pursue Christ in spirit and in truth. Purse holiness and find peace.
