The craze and desire to look in a particular way is so strong that you wonder why nurturing the physical body is so pervasive and strong particularly to this generation. We diet, exercise, starve sometimes just to keep trim, fit into earthly clothings, and status that fades away in time. The scripture advises of a better work out and a lifestyle worthy of our pursuit. The pursuant of godliness is not only beneficial for now but for the life to come.
Godliness with the reverence for the Lord is good business, you get a huge bang for your bucks and you never go wrong doing that.
