For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

The Pharisees and Sadducee's were one of a kind. They oozed so much superiority complex that the Lord simply rejected their acts and persona of self-righteousness. Is there anything that we have today that wasn't initially received? The life we have was bestowed to us at birth, likewise every thing we hold, own, and have now was previously handed over to us by someone. How then would anyone look down on the present unbeliever?
It is imperative that we continue to show the mercy and kindness that we received to others. It is appropriate that since we came not to the world with anything, we ought to humble ourselves and never think or look down to those challenged.
