The enemy is a coward

Friends,

We all know that life can be hard... very, very hard. There is crime, sickness, bills, injustice, and the list goes on and on. It can be overwhelming. We must remember that the strategy of the devil is one of weakness and fear.

Deuteronomy 27:17-18 [NKJV]
Remember what Amalek did to you on the way as you were coming out of Egypt, how he met you on the way and attacked your rear ranks, all the stragglers at your rear, when you were tired and weary; and he did not fear God.

The enemy's plan is go after those who cannot or will not fight back. He knows that the believer has the ultimate strength in Christ. Therefore, he knows that any attack will go down in defeat.

Sometimes, however, he attacks anyway. And that is the time that we have to know that his belligerence is empty and short-lived. We must know that we are victors and more than conquerors. We must be firm and sure in the knowledge that Jesus Christ is the captain of an army that has already won the war.

Be encouraged,
Jose
